Terms & Contribution Agreement

Creator Worth (“we,” “us,” “our”) is an iOS application being developed by Khia, based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. This page (the “Terms”) governs any voluntary financial contribution (“Contribution”) you make through creatorworth.app (the “Site”). By making a Contribution, you agree to these Terms.

Your Contribution is a voluntary, non-refundable gift to support the development and launch of Creator Worth. It is not:

• a purchase of equity, securities, debt, profit share, or revenue share;
• a loan or any form of repayable financing;
• a guarantee of any product, feature, service, or delivery date;
• a pre-order of a paid product or subscription.

You will not receive ownership, dividends, interest, or any financial return from Creator Worth in exchange for your Contribution. Founding-member perks described on the Site (such as a profile badge, early access, or lifetime pricing on any future paid tiers) are goodwill benefits offered at our discretion and have no cash value.

100% of Contributions go toward developing, launching, and operating Creator Worth, including but not limited to:

• compensating the engineering team working on the app;
• Apple Developer Program fees and App Store submission costs;
• backend infrastructure, servers, and third-party API usage (e.g. Gmail);
• building and maintaining the Brand Pay Database;
• payment processing fees (Stripe), hosting, domain, and operational costs.

We reserve the right to allocate funds across these categories as needed to ship the app. If the $300 goal is exceeded, additional funds will be used to extend the same categories above. If the goal is not met, Contributions will still be applied toward the project — there is no all-or-nothing condition.

We are building Creator Worth in good faith and intend to launch on iOS. However, software development is uncertain. Timelines, features, App Store approval, and the continued operation of the app are not guaranteed. You should only contribute an amount you are comfortable giving without any expectation of return.

Because Contributions are gifts toward development costs that are spent on an ongoing basis, all Contributions are final and non-refundable. If you believe a Contribution was made in error or through unauthorized use of your payment method, contact us within 14 days at the address in Section 11 and we will review it in good faith.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make a Contribution. You represent that the payment method you use is yours and that the funds are not derived from any unlawful activity.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card number, CVC, or bank details. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy. We receive only the limited information described in our Privacy Policy.

All content on the Site — including the Creator Worth name, logo, app screenshots, copy, and the app itself — is owned by Khia / Creator Worth and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

The Site and any forthcoming app are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site or app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any market-rate calculations will produce a specific outcome in any negotiation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Creator Worth, Khia, or any team member be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your Contribution, the Site, or the app. Our total aggregate liability to you will not exceed the amount of your Contribution.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
